
Richard Polt, in the philosophy department at Xavier University, has been quoted in this interesting BBC article. Polt’s classic typewriter page is a lot of fun. Not that antiquated typing devices are everybody’s thing, but if you’re like me and are not satisfied with owning an Underwood Olivetti Studio 44, and feel you must also own the more portable, but spectacularly well-designed Olivetti Lettera 22, just in case you are unexpectedly hired as a foreign correspondent to Cuba to cover a revolution, then you might enjoy it. -Ed Scripsi
